General Information

1. The school expects full co-operation from the parents and guardians in all matters

2. Parents are requested to check the school diary daily and see to it that the lessons and homework assigned for the next day are done.

3. It is important that you make a note of the remarks made in the diary by the Principal of the teacher and sign that you have noted the same.

4. Please encourage the students to dress neatly to school, keep their personal belongings carefully, polish their shoes and take pride in their work.

5. Please ensure that you follow the school calendar and avoid taking your child out for social functions and other programmed during school days.

6. No one is allowed to take any extra leave after any vacation.

7. It is important to be present in school on the last and first working day of the school.

8. Any medical leave has to be attached with a medical and fitness certificate by an authorized Medical Practitioner.

9. Any school related problem should be addressed to the Principal. The full name of the child along with the class and section should be mentioned.

10. Students will not be exempted from Physical Education classes or games unless a valid doctor's certificate is submitted to the school along with the parents' appeal to do so.

11. Attendance is compulsory on non-teaching or activity days like Republic Day, Independence Day, Teachers' Day, Children's Day, and Sports Day etc.

12. Uniform is compulsory even on birthdays. Children are permitted to distribute only sweets to their classmates.

13. Parents are earnestly requested to see that their children attends school regularly. They are asked to co-operate with the work of the school by enforcing regularity and discipline and by taking a general interest in their child's progress. If they are asked to sign their child's assignment, it is expected, they do so. The decision of the school authority with regard to promotion is FINAL.

14. Electronic gadgets are not allowed in school. Students cannot carry mobile phone to school.

15. If at all required student have to deposit it in school office & will take it back after school get over.

17. Parents are required to visit the school for all their transactions only during office hours on working days.

18. Parents visiting the school on a working day must first report to the reception in the front office.

19. The notice for Parent-Teachers' Meeting will be circulated by the school authorities to confirm the schedule of those meetings. The date is mentioned in the Students' Diary. Participation of parents in the Parent-Teachers' Meeting is compulsory. Hence they are requested to ensure their availability on the said date.
