Sports

Pailan world school has the best facilities as far as sports are concerned. Our children can practice soccer, cricket, tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and table tennis regularly in separate arenas designated for these sporting activities. Children regularly throw themselves in the most modern swimming pool. The students are being taught martial arts from the junior section itself. They visit our multigym regularly to keep themselves fit.

Classrooms

Well equipped Science labs, well Acoustic auditorium, Math lab, Art room. Well ventilated air conditioned classrooms with proper seating arrangements. The teacher student ratio is a healthy 1:30 according to the Board guidelines. Each classroom is provided with a projector and smart board apart from a whiteboard.

Boarding

Pailan World School is a residential school that offers boarding facilities to its students. The Pailan World Day School is providing a completely facilitated bus services covering the entire city of Kolkata with different stops at regular and punctual time intervals for picking up students and teachers.

The School transportation is equipped with the following facilities lay down by CBSE norms and RTO department.

• School buses are spacious with a required capacity to accommodate students.

• Every bus has a teacher to ensure proper discipline & safety of students.

• School bus drivers are responsible to pick & drop the children to their respective stops within an hour of the school starting and getting over.

• For ensuring additional safety of our students, speed governor is installed in buses with speed limit set at 40kms/hr.

• The school is also in process of installing navigation system in the buses helping parents to know the exact location of the bus at any given time.
